Post-Investment Monitoring:
- Conduct regular visits to startups and SMEs in GEN-Ghana and its partners’ investment portfolios.
- Collect and analyze data on business performance, financial and operational health, and impact.
- Prepare and submit detailed quarterly reports to management and partners.
Training and Capacity Building:
- Assist in the design and delivery of training programs for young entrepreneurs.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other capacity-building events.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to entrepreneurs as needed.
Proposal Writing and Documentation:
- Collaborate with the programs team to identify funding opportunities.
- Contribute to the writing and submission of grant proposals and funding applications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all program activities and outcomes.
Program Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various GEN-Ghana programs and events.
- Conduct research and gather information to support program development.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Programs Manager.
